PATCHs
Online Consultation
If you choose not to register for an online account, or do not have internet access, when you contact the surgery by telephone you will be taken through the triage questions and your request will also be sent to the GP Led PATCHs team.
This means you will not be able to book an appointment straight away when you ring, your request will be triaged and then booked with the most appropriate person for your problem.
- You can also use PATCHs to make requests for people you care for.
PATCHs Benefits:
- It’s quick and easy to use – answer a few simple questions to get started.
- No need to call the practice and wait in lengthy queues to access the help you need.
- Access PATCHS through the link below, the PATCHS banner at the top of our website homepage, or the NHS app from the comfort of your home.
- The appropriate member of the practice team individually assesses each request.
- If appropriate, self-bookable appointment links allow you to make your own appointments at a time that suits you.
- PATCHS also helps patients who struggle to contact their GP practice via telephone or in person. This includes patients who have hearing or speaking impairments, anxiety, and who speak English as a second language.
Accessing Your Online Medical Record
Since 1st April 2020 all patients who register with the practice have been offered a patient access account with access to their online medical record from the date of registration. This is done automatically and account details sent once your practice registration is complete.
However, if you are already a patient with the practice, and have an online account your access level is currently set up in a different way.
The previous method of registration meant elements of your record were not included in your online registration.
If you registered with the practice before 1st April 2020 and now wish for these to be included please read the information leaflet and complete the form below.
