NHS App

The NHS app is designed and run by the NHS in England to give you access to a wide range of services

You can use the NHS app to:

• • Book and cancel appointments
  • View your record
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Check your symptoms
  • Register your organ donation decision
  • Find out how the NHS uses your data

The NHS app will not replace existing services. You can still contact your GP surgery in the usual ways if you prefer. For example, by visiting or telephoning your practice.
